  • In your first session, we will discuss your history, current concerns, and your goals for therapy. This helps us create a tailored treatment plan to best address your needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the therapeutic process.

  • We’ll determine the frequency of our sessions together, based on your current symptoms and personal goals. In most cases, clients begin by attending weekly sessions, with the possibility of reducing the frequency as progress is made. For those working through particularly challenging issues, we may increase the frequency to twice a week, especially if integrating specialized services like EMDR or ERP. This will be discussed and decided together, and while it’s not necessary, it’s an option for those who feel it would be beneficial. For clients who feel stable, we may transition to monthly sessions to maintain progress.

  • The length of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy, while others may prefer longer-term support. We will reassess your progress regularly and adjust the treatment plan as necessary.
